Heinkel "As New" Supply

 

This  project consisted of two off HF800 machines in Hastelloy and two in stainless steel. We delivered all four on schedule and to budget. Each machine received a full mechanical refurbishment coupled with complete new instruments and motors. We then completed the work with new: controls, drives, HMI, purge and LOP.

 

​On delivery of the final machine Lee Kingsbury, General Manager of Lianhetech Seal Sands said:

 

"Fantastic performance from Gemini again".

 

We sourced the machines in Europe and the US and delivered them to Germany where our partner company refurbished the machines to our and our customer's specficastion. We added new control system and drives and executed an FAT. 

 

The machines were then imported to the UK with all logistics (transport, customs, shipping)  handled in house by Gemini and installed at their final locations. We then executed a SAT and put the machines into production.

 

Value of the project was in excess of £1.5M and we executed the project together with our in house contractors and partners as a turnkey offer. Sourcing, procurement, design, documentation, project management, construction, refurbishment, testing, shipping  and commissioning were all executed and managed by Gemini.

 

The delivery of these 4 machines was on top of the previous comments when we supplied two HF800s on the Dow Expansion back in 2014.

Looking back at the 6 years of production Mr. Kingsbury remarked:
